Are there any third-party fees associated with Currency Solutions' international payments?
When it comes to international payments, there may be third-party fees involved.
In certain situations, multiple financial institutions may be involved in the processing and delivery of an international payment. These institutions may have their own fees and expenses associated with the transfer.
These third-party charges will typically be deducted during the course of the payment's journey, prior to reaching its final destination.
For instance, if you intend to send £6,000 to an overseas bank account, the full £6,000 will leave our bank account. However, the beneficiary's bank and other banks involved in the payment's transit may deduct their own charges. This means that only a portion of the initial amount, such as £5,950, may ultimately arrive in the beneficiary's account.
If it is crucial that a specific amount must arrive in the beneficiary's account, please inform us, and we will make every effort to calculate these fees in advance. This helps ensure that the intended amount reaches the beneficiary as required.
We understand the importance of transparency and clarity when it comes to third-party fees, and we are here to assist you in managing your international payments effectively. If you have any specific questions or concerns about these fees, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team for guidance and support.
